The Marshmallow Challenge

Description:
In groups of four, students will use only spaghetti, string, tape, and one marshmallow to build the tallest freestanding structure they can in 15 minutes — with the marshmallow on top — then compare heights and reflect on their teamwork.
Materials
For each group, a Ziploc bag containing twenty sticks of spaghetti, one yard of string, one marshmallow, and a one-yard length of tape.
One deck of cards (optional).
Measuring tape.
