Roots and Fruits: Empathy, Teamwork, and Growth

Description:
Students see how differing experiences shape opinions through a modeled disagreement, then build teamwork in "Crossing the River." They close by identifying strengths (roots) and growth areas (fruits), planting them on a class community tree.
