To develop short skits about the community values, and for participants to produce their own theater festival.
Materials
Brown paper bags labeled “PROBLEMS,” “PLACES,” “VALUES,” and “CHARACTERS”
Slips of paper
Large butcher paper or whiteboard on which to write the skits
